With over two decades of experience, MJ has worked with some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Toyota Financial Services, Discover Financial Services, HSBC, and the International Bank of Qatar. From optimizing global financial systems to shaping regulatory frameworks, she has led high-stakes initiatives that have driven financial inclusion and digital transformation across emerging markets.

Currently serving as Program Director at the Alliance for Innovative Regulation (AIR), MJ leads innovation programs such as TechSprints, where she helps regulators and financial institutions develop technology-driven solutions to complex challenges. Her past leadership roles at Bazilio Cobb Associates and KPMG further underscore her expertise in credit risk management, process transformation, and emerging market strategy.
